Yahoo! Small Business approached Aeronet to advise them on the best approach to take to enable customers to easily learn about Yahoo! Small Business online store developers and to track incoming leads.  In the end, we provided strategic planning, design, programming and production for the new Yahoo! Small Business Developers website.

Aeronet worked closely with Yahoo! Small Business staff to come up with a strategy for the website and a flow that would allow customers to get to the most appropriate list of developers.  It was critical to develop a solution that made it easy and fast for customers to get to the right developers, while also collecting and tracking their profile information.  It was also critical to link customer leads to the developers they contacted as a result of using this website.

our solution

We created an easy-to-use web interface that allows both new and existing Yahoo! Store customers to find developers who are ideally suited to help with their particular requirements.  Customer registrations are collected and stored in the website database.  Leads are automatically emailed to each developer the customer selects.  Yahoo! Small Business staff use our simple content management system to keep this site updated.

This website is generating lots of leads for Yahoo! Store developers and also allowing Yahoo! Small Business staff to better track which developers receive which leads and how developers are featured within the Yahoo! website.
